To make your customers lives easier, Viper Cart is integrated with the APIs (Application Programming Interface) of many shipping companies to allow tracking information to be shown to your customers when viewing an order via the order history section of the account pages. This saves them getting the consignment number from the site, going to site of the shipping Company, typing it in and clicking track.

Another advantage of this is that the customer can view the name and signature of the person who signed for the parcel. This feature isn't available on the sites of most shipping companies for security reasons (as it is open to anybody typing the consignment number in).
