The terms of photography work with them is as follows :-
1. Each shoot will chargeable based on the fees above but is subject to confirmation based on the individual circumstances of each shoot.
2. The quoted prices relate to individual products on plain backgrounds only.
3. This is subject to a written quotation to be supplied by Aperture Delight Studios to the client within 3-5 working days from the date of the client's initial request.
4. The client will receive 1 royalty free image from 2 proof images for each product.
5. A minimum of 2 calendar weeks advanced notice is required from the client prior to each shoot.
6. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with the balance due prior to release of final images. Payment can be Credit / Debit Card via Google Checkout, Bank Transfer or by Cheque.
7. The client will provide a full written specification, whether by email or in hard copy, stating the requirements of each shoot.
8. This proposal assumes that all products will be available on the 1st day of the shoot. In the event that additional studio days are required due to delays caused by the client, additional studio days will be chargeable at a rate of £200.00 per day. The minimum chargeable unit will be 1 day.
9. The client is responsible for the transportation costs of the products. Freight Search is recommended if you don't have a relationship with a courier.
10. All images supplied are royalty free in full resolution JPEG format which is 3888 pixels by 2592 pixels at 300 dots per inch.
11. Image proofs will be supplied via a dedicated internet proof gallery within 5 working days of a shoot.
12. All prices quoted are net of VAT where applicable.
13. All work undertaken is subject to Aperture Delight Studios Limited's standard terms of business a current copy of which can be found on the company's website.
