Craig Brass Systems has an exclusive alliance partnership with Kayako, developers of Help Desk software. Because of this, Kayako has assisted us in fully integrating Viper Cart with their eSupport and SupportSuite products.

Rather than have your clients redirected to the Kayako front end from your main site to get to the help desk (which can confuse them because of a different interface), all they need do is click the links on the menu inside the Viper Cart front end and they will be taken to a page showing the appropriate Kayako page embedded inside the Viper Cart skin. For the Submit a Ticket and View Submitted Tickets pages, customers are forced to login or register on the Viper Cart front end first. This comes in handy for customers who have made orders already on your site as you don't have to verify their identity first as they have already proved this by logging in. This also stops confusion happening over having one set of credentials for the site and another for the help desk.
